Shipping Policy for Pro Level Gear
Pro Level Gear is committed to providing our customers with fast, secure and reliable delivery of our products. Most domestic (USA) orders will be fulfilled by 3rd parties, such as FBA, while international orders may be fulfilled in house or by third party providers such as FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order immediately.
Shipping costs are based on the location, shipping method and size of the item(s) you purchase.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time-frame promised, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. We are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
We only ship within United States at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders in the United States, Australia should arrive in a day or two, since Amazon fulfills many of our orders. There is a chance that you can even get it the same day you order (as in the UAE). Since inventories fluctuate, orders from outside the United States can take anywhere from 2 days (if fulfilled by a center in your country) to 15 days, if fulfilled by us and shipped from our American warehouse partners.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally. Sometimes shipping will be from our United States location for a flat rate. The flat rate we charge is not our actual cost to ship to you, but it’s a compromise that we can live with. Sometimes your order may be fulfilled by a 3rd party who carries our inventory in your country. Therefore, international delivery times will vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is offered for domestic orders (United States), while a modest flat rate for shipping is offered for international orders.
What carriers do you use for delivery?
The United States Post Office, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail… It all depends on where you live.
Heck, a monkey on a motorcyle may deliver your package, if that is a normal practice where you live.
